Limited One-Year Parts & Labor Warranty

 

We stand behind our work. Pinnacle Garage Service provides a Limited One-Year Parts and Labor Warranty on qualifying residential garage door repair and installation services performed by our technicians.

 

What’s Covered

 

For one (1) year, 365 days, from the date of service, this warranty covers:

 

Parts supplied and installed by us, and

Labor related to the installation or repair of those partsIf a covered part fails or workmanship is found to be defective under normal residential use, we will repair or replace the affected part or re-perform the labor at our discretion.

 

Warranty Period

 

Parts: 1 year from installation

Labor: 1 year from service completion

 

Warranty coverage begins on the date shown on your invoice.

 

What’s Not Covered

 

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, rust, fading)

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper operation

Vehicle impact or physical obstruction

Weather events or acts of God (fire, flood, wind, lightning, etc.)

Electrical issues or power surges

Pre-existing issues not repaired during the original service

Work performed by anyone other than Pinnacle Garage Service

Lack of routine maintenance or lubrication

Parts not supplied by us

Commercial or non-residential use

Labor for install of E-Z Garage Storage products, these products carry a life-time manufacturer warranty, labor is not included as part of that warranty

 

Maintenance Matters

 

Routine maintenance is required to keep your warranty valid. Failure to properly maintain your garage door system—including lubrication, inspections, and adjustments—may void this warranty. Maintenance plans are available upon request.

 

Emergency & After-Hours Service

 

Emergency, after-hours, weekend, or holiday service fees are not included under this warranty and may apply even if the repair itself is covered.

 

Manufacturer Warranties

Some parts may carry a separate manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and approval.

 

How to Request Warranty Service

 

If you believe a warranty issue exists:

Contact us as soon as possible

Provide your original service invoice

Allow our technicians access to inspect and perform warranty service

All warranty work must be performed by Pinnacle Garage Service.

 

Transferable Coverage

 

This warranty is transferable to subsequent homeowners during the remaining warranty period, provided the garage door system remains at the original service address and has not been altered or improperly repaired.

 

Limitations

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Garage Service is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum responsibility under this warranty is limited to the original cost of the service provided.

 

Governing Law

 

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
